  • I'll spare you the long story similar to many others that initiated contact with this scam of a business through their home warranty company (American Home Shield) but over a one week period this company blatantly lied to my tenants and I regarding additional repairs that were not necessary and ultimately could not get a handle on something as simple as replacing a garbage disposal. After one week of frustration I found a reputable plumbing company to replace the garbage disposal for less $ and also fixed an issue that this company had instructed me requiring to drill through a concrete wall to replace a broke shower drain cap which the new plumbing company fixed free of charge. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! IF THEY ARE ASSIGNED THROUGH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD ASK AHS TO REASSIGN A DIFFERENT PLUMBING COMPANY!!
