The Goods bad and ugly
1. Only had two of the car I came here for, when brought it out it was covered in dirt and he pointed it out. His words "if we had cleaned it it would look nice "
2. Interior of car had actual spider webs
3. He kept saying other sales associates hide cars so others cannot buy them: shady
Service
1. Where to begin
2. Unfriendly associate who didn't know how to operate the car. Questioned my decision to buy the car I came for and suggested other models and possible makes ??? A hubcap was missing on the car I did a test drive and when I pointed it out he removed a cap from a neighboring car and placed it on "mine" and did it again when I decided not to get the car....took it off and put it back. Said he only makes $100 no matter what deal I get but later adjusted the price when I was about to walk
3. They take your keys claiming to inspect but don't give it back to you until you are truly going to leave. Be CAREFUL!!!!
4. I was told I need to meet with manager who knows more about "cars" than the sales assoc/him. waited about an hour and he never looked me in the eye
5."Pulled teeth" to use a voucher that guaranteed a certain agreement on the drive off but they ignored it.
6. Suffice it to say I had a bad vibe from the moment I arrived to the moment I left
7. Felt I dodged a bullet not dealing with these people at all
JuJu - if you want the stereotypical dealer:
1. Bad vibes ! No one should need a car this bad to the point you could really get so significantly swindled...numbers are adjusted without you present as you are told to stay at the "tables" while they crank numbers in the back....always some kind of info is left out and they won't let you see....
