  • Today I was here and was in the drive through line. As cars in front of me we're getting their orders taken I wait for my turn. Well I guess somehow they must not have seen my huge vehicle because not one but two employees skipped over me and didn't take my order. I get to the window as the kid looks for my order I then tell him it wouldn't be up there because they skipped my turn in line. He didn't apologize or act like he cared.. Just said he would take it at that point. He was nice he wasn't rude but had no intentions on making the situation better. I've been here multiple occasions and have had pleasant expierences but today customer service was not there considering that's what Dutch Bros is known for.
