  • We worked with Brian to get a 2-story foyer painted. At quoting, he was very flexible and understanding when I shifted projects in and out of the final estimate. It did take a little bit to get scheduled, but I recognize that this is a busy time of year for most contractors! We had multiple forms of communication- email, text, phone, with both my husband and me, with zero issues. When painting day came, Brian and team showed up and set right to work. Everything looked amazing...until that night when I noticed all of the cut in areas were a whole shade lighter!! We contacted Brian - he quickly set up a time to come out and evaluate it. After a test on the wall, it seemed the paint might be to blame...it went on one color with a brush and another with a roller! He took the paint back to Sherwin-Williams, but didn't want to make me wait for their analysis, so they came back to repaint the whole foyer the next week. It's perfect now, and I couldn't be happier! I will certainly have them quote future projects. It's hard to find service like that!
