  • I regret moving here. The 3 BDRM unit is beautiful and spacious and although it was a little pricy at first, when Alliance was property manager it was made to feel like luxury apartments. Now greystar has taken over management and the place has gone to crap. The rent has increased by at least $100 (within the same year) the "security" gates don't close. The "hot tub" is lukewarm bath water. They no longer send you a bill in the mail so you get the fun chance to guess how much your bill has increased! I pay $1200+ only to get rudely spoken to by the horrid staff. Don't bother asking for the manager, she's the worst of them all.
