  • Ride Now has always been one of the worst places in the Phoenix Metro area with which to do business (regardless of location). Most of the employees seem to walk around hating their jobs and have about as much knowledge of motorcycles as a mermaid does of the Gobi desert. However, I was helped with parts by a guy named TRAVIS on the VICTORY side of the store and he was spot on. Courteous and knowledgeable. He solved my issue and got EXACTLY the parts I needed the FIRST time. He is one of the only employees at the Peoria location that I can have a conversation with without thinking to myself that 'I would rather be licking piss off needles right now'. Thank you TRAVIS for allowing me to shop close to home. Now I don't have to choose between driving to Mesa or staring at the vacant, stunted, expressionless face of a worker that hates his job. 5 stars for Travis, 1 star for Ride Now. so I split the difference and gave it a 3.
