  • My daughter was married 2 weeks ago. I went with her to a cake tasting back in December. We chose this bakery because they are affiliated with the venue (Emerald at Queensridge). I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the gal who did our cake tasting, but she was awesome! Very friendly and accomodating. She spent a good amount of time with us, and offered us several varieties of cakes and frostings to sample. It was a hard choice, but we went with the red velvet. The day of the wedding arrived and the cake was beautiful! Simple, but just what my daughter wanted! She made her own cake-topper and it went perfectly with the design on the cake. Everyone loved how beautiful it was, and how delicious it tasted. Yes, they are pricey. I'm sure we could have found a cake cheaper elsewhere, but it was convenient for us to just use these folks. I'm glad we did. Sometimes it's just worth spending the extra dough.
