  • I have used this place twice. I am usually a DIY mechanic but these 2 things would have required more time than I had available since I do work full time. 1 was a crank position sensor and the other was a bad water pump. They are quick, attentive and their prices are fairly reasonable. I called around when I knew I needed a new water pump. One other "German auto mechanic shop" was almost double what ESS quoted and did the job for. I think I finally found my go to shop for my MK6 GLI.
