  • If you need your Samsung Galaxy S4 fixed; Premier telecom is the place to go! I dropped my phone and cracked my screen (duh!). I checked Yelp and called around a few places that had great reviews. I actually called Premier telecom (Willy) first, who explained the "special needs" of the S4 for repair and how long it would take. I was impatient and took it "somewhere else" instead. BIG mistake. When I got it back it did EXACTLY what Willy said it would do if I didn't get the complete fix. It looked gorgeous when I picked it up, but the touch screen was almost completely unresponsive. I was rushing to get back to work, so I did the swipe left/right, and thought it was okay. So... With all my pride in my pocket I called Premier telecom and Willy told me to bring it in. He fixed it just like he said he could and now it works flawlessly! BTW, only Premier telecom, and the place I took it to said they could even fix it. Everyone else (including Wireless Toyz) said, use your insurance and get a replacement. I'm on a prepaid plan w/o insurance so that wasn't an option for me. From now on though...Premier telecom is my go to place for ALL of my cell phone repair needs!
