  • I did not have a good experience here, which I hate to say because I have had so many other great experiences during wedding dress shopping. I called one Saturday morning because I knew I would be in the area to see if they had any appointments available that day. The nice lady said she did have something at 1:30 so I took that time slot. When I arrived, they asked for my name and told me that she did not see my name on their appointment list for the day. I responded with how I had just talked to someone a few hours ago about me coming in. She then told me that someone would help me in a few moments and that I could start looking at the very FEW racks that were in my price range. After 20 minutes of looking around I had looked at everything in the store and still no one had come up to me to help or ask if I was ready to try something on. I did find one dress that I had pulled to try on. I sat on one of the chairs in the front of the store, so it was evident that I was waiting. I sat there until 2:00 and when still no one came up to speak to me or ask if I was ready to try on I decided that I would just leave. The one dress that I had kind of liked was not worth staying there any longer. They did not do a very good job of making me feel welcome, nor did they even acknowledge that I was there, so needless to say I did not end up purchasing my gown from there.
