  • Visited this store last weekend. Nice items in the store. Purchased a really cute pair of earrings $15. When I got ready to wear them the hook broke and then I noticed the other earring hook wasn't made the same. I returned today a week later to return. No cash refunds. When I went in both sales persons spoke and immediately helped me. The young lady explained I can fix it if you want - I was fine with that and explained only if it's done correctly and not break again. So she was searching for a specific tool not sure if she found it but came back and said I would be charged for the hooks. I said no, the item broke and wasn't made correctly - she said it wasn't the store fault but the company. So I declined to pay for something that should have been fixed for free -I'm assuming a quality control check isn't done before shipping to the stores. Although I like the store - it looses points for this issue. I was issued a store credit. So inspect all jewelry before final purchase.
