  • This location opened up near me and I am so happy it did. Black Rock offers drinks Starbucks has no hope of making for people who must have sugar-free options. The coffee is good and strong (which means more cream for me) and the nitro is as advertised. I love that the crew will give you suggestions that turn into awesome drinks and the atmosphere is relaxed. Unfortunately, it's also not the fastest place to go. If there are multiple cars, it's going to be a wait. If there are multiple cars and the order box is broken, you're really going to wait. Also, the drive-thru itself is a pain to navigate in our truck. It's small and the turn is really tight which means we have to go inside if we are in the truck. That also means I cannot be dressed like a bum if I'm not in my car. I can only hope this is attributed to growing pains and not a trend as it is currently becoming. Pros: great selection of sugar free flavors, awesome atmosphere, nice people. Cons: drive-thru is a hit and miss with service as it's usually really slow (3+ cars was over 15 mins), drive-thru area is tight for larger vehicles, long wait.
