Took my girls to this location today to have their eyes checked. When we walked in we were greeted. We walked over to the eye dr section and checked in. The girls at the counter were far from friendly and sat there a majority of the time playing on their cellphones. The nurse that took us back was super friendly and very patient with my 7yr old daughter. The dr came in and I loved her, she explained everything she was doing to the girls as well as what was going on with them needing glasses. I am so thankful for people that don't talk down to kids and parents and not once did the dr do this.
Afterwards we went over to pick out glasses for the girls and Jennifer was nothing but amazing! She knew and understood I wanted to stay within my insurance plan so she did what she could to find glasses the girls liked. She was so kind and talked to the girls about fitting their glasses and how long until we get them!
Needless to say I will definitely bring the girls back here!! Jennifer thank you for being awesome!
UPDATED: I got a call yesterday stating my daughters glasses were ready to be picked up. I went in this morning and did not see Jennifer so a younger Hispanic girl helped me. Immediately I noticed an attitude. She went over and grabbed my daughters glasses and brought them over. I only had one of my girls with me and I explained I didn't have my older one. I told her my daughters name. She grabbed the glasses and as she took them out I explained that they were incorrect and the ones she was holding were for my other daughter. She got all annoyed like I have no clue what I was talking about!! Um hello I helped my girls pick out their frames. So she had to go pull their prescriptions from the dr and that took her forever!! She came back and didn't bother to really look at anything but said they were entered wrong and needed to be redone! What in the world!?!? She wouldn't let me get a word out and then calls over Juan, who is just as clueless as she was! She then was trying to throw Jennifer under the bus by saying she entered them wrong! I immediately pulled out my receipts and showed her how Jennifer had entered them correctly! She then took my receipts and tried keeping them...um no sweetheart those are mine! Juan tried apologizing and said the glasses just needed to be reordered! I am so annoyed I said fine. I left super irritated! About an hour after I left Jennifer called and asked what happened and I explained. Well guess what, my daughters glasses were completely fine just the receipts got put with the wrong glasses!! Thank god for Jennifer because dealing with the other 2 was the worst experience I have had!
