I love creme brulee and I love this place. It's a must-eat when I'm in Calgary and Chef Jesse is super nice and down to earth.
The custards are creamy, not too sweet and velvety soft. I love the rotation of flavours and the different choices. I'm pretty sure I've tried the majority of flavours and I usually buy some to go as well. (Love how they pack the castor sugar separately if you're going to burn it yourself)
Can't say enough good things about it - wish there was a location in Edmonton!
