  • Stayed here for my sister's wedding. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. Front desk staff was shockingly incompetent and rude. Sat staring at their computers while we stood in front of them for five minutes without acknowledging us. They didn't even look up to tell us they needed a second. Took us forever to get our rooms and once we did get our rooms, they put us in the wrong one. We thought we lost all of my sister's baggage. Talk about unnecessary stress the day if your wedding. When we came down to try to fix the situation, they tried to blame it on us. The list of head aches they gave us and pretty much all the guests that stayed there for the wedding is too long to go through. It's only saving grace was the exceptionally kind maid staff. Still.. would never, EVERRR recommend this place to anyone. LIKE EVER.
