Can we give 0 stars? This was the disconnect call from hell. We are moving and I request service be discontinued. They did the old Closer Switch and I remained on the phone with incessant badgering for at least 30 minutes. I became very aggressive and obnoxious as I was trying to pack at the same time he was babbling. Let me say this: I will NEVER, never, never use them again -- even after 17 years of service. It was so disrespectful to assume I had time to listen to their repetition. On the other hand, the Centurylink guy got me and we were done in 10 minutes. Will I use Centurylink again? Sure I will consider that. Direct TV/AT&T, you need to review your training program for your staff. This guy was worse than being covered in honey and sweat in a jungle full of flies and mosquitos. Shame on you DirectTV and AT&T for wasting my time.
