I have same experience as other customers. I ordered few things from this company around the end of February or early March this year, and so far I haven't receive an email acknowledging my order. This is not the first time it happened to me. 2 years ago I purchased few scrubs online. I didn't receive email from Daily Scrubs until about 3 or 4 weeks later, and the reason I got the email was because some items were not available. I asked why it took that long to let me know, the customer representative replied that she was the only one processing orders. So whatever merchandises available online don't reflect the real inventory because they may be sold out by the time the person processing many orders were sent ahead of mine (which is about 3 weeks delay). This is the only company I have shopped online doesn't sent email to let customers know that their orders have been received. I have shopped quite a few big and small online companies over many years. I think Daily Scrubs needs to improve their communication and technology, or they should put a big notice on their website says something like 'Any order you make will take 3-4 weeks to be processed and we will send you an email after we have process your order.' before customers enter their credit card information.
