| - Do not use this company! After months of keeping my mouth closed because we were trying to serve David I'm ready to spill everything. My husband and I bought a beautiful 4100 sq ft home and wanted it painted inside and out, we wanted the inside to be fully painted before we moved in. We had told David the time frame and he assured my husband and I it would take no more then 4 days, fast forward 2 and 1/2 months later, broken curtain rod, broken light fixture that he tried to move into another bathroom so we wouldn't notice, 4K worth of damage to our new carpet( paint everywhere), stolen paint from garage, missing switch plates, smoking in our home then putting cigarettes in toilet and clogging it then leaving for us to deal with, letting someone else's dog in our backyard, getting paint on the driveway, paint on all the door hardware, mirrors and fixtures, ALWAYS LATE, no show 3 days, constantly having to text him to ask if he was planning on showing, outside of the house missing 4 to 6 ft gaps, missed walls that were suppose to be painted, inappropriate remarks, blaming the situation on everyone except himself, asking for more and more money, breach of contract after day 4, crew no showed everyday except one, leaving after only working 3 or 4 hours when there was tons more work to be done, then finally having to call the cops to have him removed from our property. This is all facts and we have more then 300 pictures and all the texts to prove this. He also gives a false business address and is falsely claiming to have his contractors license, it was denied 2 years ago because he held no bond! David on behalf of my husband and myself we are giving you 5 business days (until November 13 2015) to contact the producer that got ahold of you and accept going on the judge show or we will be hiring a private investigator already have an attorney and will be suing you for damages, the money we paid you, in addition the attorney fees, court fees, false advertising(no contractors license) breach of contract, faulty business address, fees for having our outside repainted and inside fixed, fees for process server, and interest on the money.
*update 12/10 David is now trying to make up a whole story hoping to get some emotional reaction out of us, I'll be sure to start posting pictures of all the stuff I am claiming since he won't own up to his faults. Carpet was perfect before David entered the home. Previous owners did not have any cats or dogs as David is claiming. HE IS STILL GIVING FAULTY BUSINESS ADDRESS.
