  • Multiple times I have had no issues with pizza care... However the couple of times they have messed up my order and been rude to me overpower any good this place does. Tonight's episode is the last straw for me and my family. Ordering online - you would think it would be easy being 2016 and all - but when showing them what my email receipt compared to their printed out receipt the person behind the counter had only a condescending smirk to offer instead of offering any remedy to the situation. It seemed, at this point, their only course of action was to take the incorrect food away from me without any explanation and to slam it on the back counter is if to signify to my the absolute level of inconvenience I was being. I questioned their actions and received an annoyed glare and absolute silence. I decided at this point it was easier and more effective for me to take back the incorrect food and depart their location. I will never return and I absolutely would not recommend giving this restaurant your business.
