  • Completely disgusted by their lack of customer service. Our business signed up for a pre-paid account to send cookies to our clients over the holidays. Our logos were messed up and their responses were slow. Even though I confirmed the order with several people several different times it was still sent out wrong. We thought they would do the right thing and refund the remainder of the money in our business account ( like they told us they would) but instead we received a curt email saying their accounting department did not "approve" the refund. They have not responded to an our emails since. I am really repulsed by their attitude with us and with how quick they just shoved us under the rug hoping we'd go away. I would not recommend dealing with them on any level.
