  • This is the least expensive apt community in the area and you get what you pay for. The positives are that it is safe, abundant parking exists and the courtyards are well kept. The negatives are that people wander around the courtyard smoking and it gets circulated into the intakes of the apts, the price means some sketchy people rent here, if you live on a lower unit you hear everything the upper unit does and management has zero ability to solve problems outside of the simple and routine. Although the perfect apt doesnt exist, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
