  • Sooooo...we won't be going back. Last week, my boyfriend dropped off our comforter to be dry cleaned. He let them know that we needed it dry cleaned and not machine washed. Fast forward to today when we picked it up. They hand it to us in a bag. We open it at the counter to look at it and make sure the spot that was on it was cleaned (it was). As we are opening it to inspect it, I could tell the owners didn't like that we were checking it. I noticed frayed pieces of fabric in several places. I asked if it was machine washed and they said yes. As I was asking more questions (because it wasn't cleaned the way that we asked for it to be) the owner asked "which one of you dropped it off?", implying that we hadn't given proper instructions. After we got home, I noticed how frayed it was and that one of the seams is coming apart. I am so frustrated that they did not clean our comforter the way we asked and, as a result, our comforter is pretty much ruined.
