  • I'm impressed! I came in here before a business meeting where I was bringing breakfast. I built in some time for me to pick things up, but I was running slightly behind schedule. I figured it wouldn't be too long of a wait though. I walk in and see a sign for their ready to go bagel boxes...I thought wow, that is incredible convenient. I got up to the register, asked if I just grab one of those boxes and I'm good to go, and the lady at the register was super friendly and helpful. I grabbed a box, got my shmear, and added on a box of coffee. What impressed me the most was the service I received while getting all this done. I mean, having a pre made box is one thing, but the service from the woman at the register was phenomenal. She got all my cups, put together a really nice milk/cream/sugar/stirrers package, put napkins and knives in the bagel box, everything that I would need to make sure the breakfast went off without a hitch. Even nicer, she was the one who took my order initially, and she saw everything through from beginning to end instead of just handing it off to another person. I was in and out in no time, which exceed my expectations. Everyone at the meeting was happy, I showed up with more than enough time, had everything we needed. Thanks Einstein!
