  • This review is actually for the Rainbow location. I had a really good experience buying my vacuum last year, but my experience with my first service last week takes the cake! Kasey was incredibly kind and helpful. He really went above and beyond to help us. The associate that sold me my vacuum did not put me into the system and instead of it being a headache, he helped fix the problem and then some. He really understands his products and answered every single question I had. I ended up purchasing another air filter system for our home. I love Oreck products and am so happy this store is here when I need them, and I look forward to dealing with Kasey again! He really is the best!
