  • This place is shady at the Meadows Mall. If you go the ones at the Fashion Show, they're a bunch of hustlers. My son was given a tablet case as a gift; however it was the wrong one. I went to exchange it and was told they would need to order one. At 1st I was impressed, but it was just a front. He told me to leave the tablet cover I had along with my contact info and I would be contacted before the end of the week. Huge mistake I made by leaving the product there. I never heard from anyone. Even though I had a signed note from the representative that helped me, it was no help. When I went back to question the stand, they had no clue who the employee was that helped me and had no clue about the tablet I left. They did make a call on the phone to someone, but in a language I couldn't understand. So they're solution was to refer me to mall management to resolve. However that was just a way to treat my like a fly. The management office from the mall has not returned my call either. Be careful with your dealings with this company. I wouldn't recommend their products to my worst enemy.
