  • I have been to this Sephora a handful of times and I will have to say that their staff members are not the best. Most of them do not acknowledge you. During my most recent visit, the girl at the entrance (greeter?) wasn't even greeting people. She just stood there. I had a question and as I was approaching her, she did not say Hi until I said it first. She's definitely only working there for the discount! The store itself is in pretty good shape. It's clean and well stocked. I can get my stuff and go. I don't even really need assistance most of the time, it was just really noticeable that the majority of their staff isn't friendly since there are so many of them working all at once.
