  • Out of town for work & went with co-workers on the recommendation of someone from the local office. Wise choice! Solid atmosphere w/the island music & decor. We each did an appetizer - Conch Fritters, Empanadas, Ahi Tuna Stack & Yuca fries...each quite tasty. Dinner - one had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, which was delicious w/nice crunch to the just about right coating of breading. One had the wood grilled chicken & seemed genuinely pleased. Another in the group had the Shrimp Creole which had a nice spice to it. I had the Carnitas bowl, which w/the combination of chorizo, sweet plantains, garbanzo beams & the cumin/citrus salsa was top notch. Not to mention that the depth of the bowl just seemed to keep going. Filling and delicious! Will definitely go again.
