  • Called for reservation and booked room for 4 nights. After leaving the airport area and driving thru rush hour traffic and receiving my confirmation email I was told they didn't have any rooms left. I asked If she had my reservation and she said yes. But didn't care that I drove all the way across Las Vegas to get there. Very poor customer service. So just remember this place doesn't honor there reservations even if you have a confirmation number this is Vegas, take your chances somewhere else.
