  • Prairie Girl Bakery is no doubt esthetically pleasing. Clean, crisp and picture perfect cupcakes are displayed with an operation that resembles a magical cupcake factory that only Willy Wonka could conjure up! Their cupcakes however, leave something a little less to the imagination. The cake itself lacks flavour and could probably be replicated with a storebought cupcake mix. The icing, (leaning on the sweeter side) is generous and satisfying. Since opening, this little cupcake factory has definitely skyrocketed among the Bay-Street types with immense popularity and I don't see it fading any time soon. Even bankers need a lil' bit of sugar with their latte's and for that, Prairie Girl delivers.
