I'm sorely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this store! Team member engagement is clearly low and when you see how their management interacts with customers you see why! You typically aren't greeted and have to track someone down if you need something. The straw for me was watching how poorly some young people were treated last week. They were not disruptive or disrespectful yet were told to leave if they weren't going to buy anything - even after saying they were browsing (which they were). These young people don't have huge purchasing power right now but trust me they will remember you when they do. I do have purchasing power and I won't be using it here after witnessing that poor display.
