Durant's is a classic, and I think serves the best steak in Arizona. The service here is highly professional--Greg and Jet have been my waiters during my visits over the last year, and are impeccable. I almost always order a Basil Hayden Manhattan, up, as these bartenders know what they are doing. Then it's usually a chicken liver appetizer, or oysters, or stone crab. On my salad, I just discovered the French garlic dressing, and that is my new favorite. Split a steak with my companion, and save room for dessert. I love the old school vibe of this place, and recommend it to visitors and locals alike.
