  • Our 14 year old boys baseball team was in town for a tournament and we all stayed here. The room smelled a little like urine. Management made everybody sign a waiver when we checked in stating that if the towels had any stains, if we disturbed any other people staying the hotel to the point where they complained, if we had alcohol in the pool area, or any incidentals were used or missing we could be held liable for the entire cost of another night's stay. We were told we could drink in the lobby as long as we held the noise to a reasonable level until 10pm then the next night we were told at 6:30pm that we could not have drinks in the lobby. Nobody from our group was loud or offended anybody and we were treated like we were on double secret probation from the time we checked in. There are a lot of other better options around here with much better customer service. Two thumbs down.
