  • I would literally put ZERO stars if I could and this review is based on the sales staff ONLY I come here all the time seriously ALL the time and most of my clothes are from here. The sales staff at this location is the most unfriendly staff I've ever encountered, the girls here always have a sour puss face they talk to their clients with so much attitude all the time and they're so unwilling to help out the client. I wanted to try on an item which the ONLY one that was available in my size was the one the mannequin was wearing, I asked if I could try it on the girl said sure and made me wait for about 25min. I gave up and saw another girl and asked her since the size I wanted was the one on the mannequin (and the only one in my size) I guess she had to ask her manager if she could remove it so I could try it on and the manager told her to tell me that the only way she'd take it off the mannequin was if i would for sure purchase it. Obviously if I were to love it I would FOR SURE purchase it, but how can I guarantee that without tying it on to begin with? It's like they would almost rather loose a possible sale versus taking 5 minutes to remove the item from the mannequin.. I work in LUXURY retail as a manager myself and would never ever ever consider hiring any of the people working at this location. You should really evaluate your whole team at this store and I've heard from a lot of other people about the horrible customer service at this location as well. I guess I'll stick to just shopping online. This is not the first time I've encountered horrible service here and not the first time I've ever seen them give attitude to other clients as well that's why I'm now finally putting a review.
