  • The only reason I have a 4 star is because one lady, Denise, is terrible. She has terrible customer service and acts like she's being inconvenienced. I asked her to texturize my son's hair more on top. Her response, "I already did, he just had too much hair." Well then it's not saying much about her skills in cutting hair because it still looked thick on top. Besides, why would she respond in that manner to a customer? Otherwise, everyone else is great in there. Our favorite is Nick. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. His customer service is to notch! #
