  • I am an educated individual. I have bought 5 cars from this dealership. Never the same manager, sales people, or finance people I might add. I take a straightforward approach, let them know my history, credit, trade value, and what I'm willing to pay. Should be pretty easy for a "volume" dealer right? Well every time I have to go away because you wasted my time. That is not making you money or satisfying my needs. Why can't you guys get it right the first time? Jesus. 5 cars in 19 years. I'm going to anywhere else but back to Showcase. And You know what? You could care less. I'm just another overly inflated number. Van Tyl can forget it this time. When I am in your system of people to call incessantly about making a sale but my own personal needs and style are "not in there" I mean really? How clear can I be? I don't know if it's a lack of training at this place or just an apparent lack of understanding. Disgusted. BTW the really happy guy in the picture below took an hour just to get my info into the computer 2 months ago and tonight it had to be updated again because "who the hell knows" but I'm sure i'll still get calls and emails from people I don't even know at Showcase! When you guys figure this mess out let me know how I can really "save money on interest," get top dollar for my trade," get "loyalty Incentives that just go in our pocket anyway" and I get ZERO.
