| - We moved a little over a month ago and are still finding damaged and missing items. To begin, it took me 6 calls asking them to send me my contract of which I received then night before the move. Every time I was told I will send it- they double checked my email and I never heard back. That should have been a red flag for me but I saw these great reviews and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. The entire move from 8 am until 1130 pm was simply horrendous. We specified to have 3 guys the whole time, and two were sent. We are a family of 4, and I was clear about this from the beginning, They were supposed to be there between 8-9 and didn't show till close to 1130. When I called to inquire I was told they had truck issues and needed a get a truck from Cleveland. The secretary was not pleasant at any point in our communications, they showed up and the one guy promptly spent 30 minutes stinking up my bathroom while the other one smoked and complained to us about the companies office messing things up all the time. Once we got to the new house they began throwing stuff around like crazy. I have a long list of things that we are continually discovering damaged, ripped and a few things just plain missing./stolen?????? Like 4 ft. Tall shelving that can't really be misplaced. Originally the man I spoke with told me his trucks are very clean, that he would send wardrobe boxes, and anything that we can't get into the boxes can hang on the truck and would stay clean. There were no wardrobe boxes sent, and everything we had hanging up on the truck was greasy and dirty, and most ended up on the ground. The sheets I used to cover the mattresses are stained black on the bottom corners- totally trashed. By the end of a very long day, they left and we noticed we were missing one couch cushion. I called the mainline and the secretary got a hold of the guys and yes, it was wrapped up in blankets. When I talked to her, I let her know it was a rough day, and a lot longer, and messier than we anticipated and she began aggressively arguing with me about little details of what I had said. It was so unprofessional and totally uncalled for. After having my wife call her- about 36 hours later our cushion was brought back safe and sound. We plan to call and see about any sort of compensation for damages but I do not have high expectations. Super bummed out about this experience- it really was terrible for my entire family.
