  • I've lived here since August and it's....okay. Pros - FANTASTIC location - Covered parking - Animal Friendly Cons - Crazy Bright LED lighting in the kitchen and dining room - They updated my unit but you can tell where they cut corners (I.e the flooring has bubbles and scratches easily, they painted the bath tub instead of replacing it so the paint peels in parts, and the fixtures are really stiff to turn in the shower) - Leasing Office are not the best communicators. My building's water had to be shut off because of an emergency and they didn't tell us why. I had to call the leasing office numerous times - Leasing Office aren't the most responsive. Emails go unanswered. Calls ring and hit VM. VMs then go unanswered. It's really frustrating to deal with. - Outside the unit is really dirty.... one of my neighbors leaves cardboard boxes, trash bags, a Kureig, and a workout machine just outside their apartment. Nothing has been done about it either.... ? Overall, you can't beat the location but there are serious drawbacks to consider....
