  • The owner is rude to not only to her employees but the customers as well. Its as if we are inconveniencing her to get out of the massage chair to have her remove her earbuds to actually interact with customers. I've had appointments at 10:00 am when they open, well the owner was 30 minutes late. She is the only one with keys to open. For the lack of customer service and attitude by 95% of the employees, this place is way overpriced. I only return to this location for one reason and one reason only COLE. Cole does amazing shellac mani and pedis. Cole always is accommodating with my request, appointments and is pleasant to sit and talk to.
