  • Great experience from initial contact through water heater installation. Total completion time from initial contact with my home warranty company to completed installation was less than 1 week & would have been sooner if my schedule could accommodate. Very pleased. The single frustrating issue was being on hold for an extended period when calling late in the day to set up my installation appointment. Just called back the next morning and experienced a very short hold. Not significant enough to impact my overall rating. One of my best experiences with home warranty contractors!
