  • From Hello to Goodbye....The owner and the entire staff were absolutely Wonderful and our experience with this company and the horseback tour was outstanding! My husband and I.took our granddaughter to go horseback riding for her 10th birthday. She was quite surprised to say the least! We did the Sunset Tour and the scenery and views were spectacular! Buck, the owner was a great host and made sure our granddaughter was safe and confident with riding her own horse for the first time. Our tour guides Tory and Deryn were very nice sweet girls that know how to do their job very well and would often ask throughout the tour how we were doing back there...always with a big ol smile we replied "doing great" The horses were easy to handle and knew their job very well too (*-*) Upon return to the campsite....we were greeted by a silhouette of a cowboy playing his guitar and singing. We all dismounted our horses and washed up for dinner while the horses were put away. We all had our dinner which was being prepared by Jason while we rode. Jason is an amazing cook and did a fantastic job preparing our meal! It was delicious and very filling. To celebrate our granddaughters birthday...we all sang happy birthday to Riley after our meal and we shared the cake I brought with everyone. We all then went out by the campfire to roast marshmallows and make Smores with Tory and Deryn. After Smores and some small talk and pictures around the fire, everyone said their goodbyes and called it a night. What a Great night! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and they run a class act business!!! I highly recommend doing this tour with Cowboy Trail Rides whether you are just visiting Las Vegas or if you are a local and live here. Whether you are a morning person and want to see Red Rock Canyon in the morning on horseback or want to see the majestic scenery at sunset and enjoy good people and good food by a campfire......this is the place to come!
