  • Huge fan of this place - both locations. I have shopped and consigned here and found both experiences very pleasant. The first thing I noticed was excellent customer service. The ladies working at PLRG are super sweet - nothing like the cold judgey treatment I'm used to getting at Buffalo Exchange ("your clothes are like, SO EW")! Here, there is small talk, offers of assistance, and smiles all around. The ladies seem to delight in my purchases as much as I do. I called ahead to see what kind of items they take on consignment. I got a very clear explanation of what they are looking for and was pleased that they gave me a significant amount of credit for my items. Store credit here is worth twice as much as cash and they store your credit amount using your phone number and can pull it up easily when you're shopping. Items for sale here are cute and what's best - they're always rotating! The $1 and $5 sales are awesome and it seems like there's always a way to get a percentage off your purchase. The shop's Instagram is a great way to see what's current and the shop will happily hold the items for you til you can get there. Overall 10/10 experience. They've created a monster!!
