  • I hate this branch more than words can express and I try hard to never need to use it. Despite having 8 fully equipped teller stations clearly visible, they NEVER, EVER, EVER have more than 2 tellers even at peak rush times. They have managers walking around or literally standing by the door to "welcome" you as you wait, but they don't get behind the counter and actually help. They can talk to you in multiple languages, but they won't actually help get your banking handled so you can get on with your day. Then as you stand in the forced long line, you get to listen to very loud random beeping sounds as other people use the indoor atm machine also located inside the branch near the tellers. Nice. That's pleasant and relaxing. As I stand there getting more irritated by the minute all I can think is if B of A would stop spending so much money on televisions running their own commercials and multiple cameras and teller stations that aren't utilized then they could maybe afford to pay more tellers so their customers could actually get banking done in a reasonable amount of time. This branch so clearly displays the glut of waste and poorly thought out business plans within B of A. As you wait you'll also see elderly people struggle to move quickly in the parking lot full of racing cars madly hunting for one of the VERY few parking spaces. Then you watch them get tired or be in pain as they stand and wait to be helped because there's nothing for them to sit or even lean on as they wait. It's painful to watch old people struggle like this. It's so very clear that B of A doesn't give a da#n about old people or anyone with mobility issues for that matter. Why must you close the drive thru lanes that would really help these older people?? I REFUSE to use any part of B of A for my own business purposes and if I weren't employed by a man that uses B of A I'd never set foot into another branch. Oh yeah, that's another fun piece of being forced to deal with B of A, if you're not an actual customer of theirs, you don't even have a way to complain! There is no way to even contact their customer service unless you have an active account number... WOW! Talk about blatantly not caring what your neighborhood or community have to say about you! Hence why I'm yelping today, because it's the only way I can warn others to not use this branch unless you have nothing else to do with your day or your time and you don't mind watching elderly people struggle. Sad, pathetic business practices... B of A, you should be ashamed of yourself!
