  • This business also goes by "Benzandbeemers" and is at www.benzandbeemers.com I made a legitimate offer via ebay for a used Cayenne, with a price which was $500 lower to an offer I had negotiated from another dealer (their auction was ending later, and this car had heated seats, but 20K more miles), and within $1,000 of what I saw another sell for, so I wasn't bidding stupidly. Below is verbatim from our email exchange: In reply to my offer: "one thing is sure ,that you are in danger buying this car." WTF? Aside from being bizarre, and capable of being interpreted as a threat, it was just completely unprofessional. My reply: "Would you like to explain what you mean? That statement makes no sense to me. I have a few hours in which I will proceed with another car, if you are serious about this discussion let me know, this morning." Their response: "your offer is worth shows that you are not serious at all ,we don't take offers like you seriously 5000 dollars less than we own the car for " Just terrible customer tone, communications. AVOID, there are too many other choices who treat customers with respect.
