  • While shopping in the Forum we happened to go up to the 3rd floor and found Sushi Roku. Both times I have been here has been in between lunch and dinner, so it has been quiet and practically have the place to ourselves. Service has always been fast, friendly and thorough. Everything I have had here has been amazing. One of my favorite things is their kimchee cucumber appetizer. This is the best "pickle" I have ever had. This is so delicious and it takes them 4 days to make it and it is worth it!!! Two other of my favs are the Unagi and the Korean Pork Belly Fried Rice. Unagi is cooked perfectly and is so delicate it melts in your mouth. The Pork Belly Fried Rice is not only a beautiful dish to look at, but it tastes amazing. There is a good sized portion of pork belly and the poached egg is really the cherry on the top. For you Saki drinkers, they have an extensive list to choose from. This has become a must visit restaurant every time I'm in Vegas. Definitely worth finding the elusive 3rd floor in the Forum Shopping Mall
