Dr. seemed fine, if not a little pushy on whether to get a procedure done or not. I elected to get the quick outpatient procedure scheduled a month away. I was told I would get what my deductible would be closer to the procedure. Fast forward to the day before the procedure and no such information was given. So I ring up the office to find out that they still have not ran my benefits to find my co-pay. The office also has a cancelation penalty if you cancel within 24 hours. Anyone else see the problem with this? Also this office has one of the most in your face arbitration clauses I have ever seen. It is almost as if they are afraid something might go wrong. I wonder why?
