  • Every time I've called to check if they have a certain animal in stock, the man on the phone is a complete a**hole to me and acts like I'm ignorant for even calling to ask. I was going to give them my business, but after the last time I called I will never come there again. If they treat their costumers like that, I can't imagine how they treat their animals.
