  • I just moved to charlotte and had difficulty finding a salon to fit my needs with SNS and the way I prefer my nails! This place was amazing!! First I reached out to them before they opened and immediately received a response and booked an appointment which they confirmed when they opened! Upon arrival I was greeted by the most friendly staff and was set up in a pedicure chair with lavender and rose petals. While my feet were soaking I was set up with a bowl to soak my nails and everything was very very clean and professional. They do offer complimentary beverages (tea, soda, water, WINE) and great attention to detail! I will definitely be back!! Edit 13 days later: my nails have chipped and cracked in places and I'm not sure why as I ALWAYS get SNS and it lasts a minimum of 3 weeks as I'm very easy on my hands I mean I even wear gloves when doing any dishes I'm definitely disappointed in the quality of the SNS but the service at the salon was great. Also my pedicure chipped 5 days later which isn't a big deal but was a bit frustrating as they didn't even make it a week for the price paid but again the customer service was great overall just not very long lasting product.
