Pros and cons. The event we attended was an all ages concert, so we expected it to have more kids and more concessions to kids. Fortunately, we decided to get seats because the floor was jammed with adults (standing only) and it would have been hard for kids to see at all. We were told all seats were "partially obstructed." That was an understatement. We could only see half of the stage and much of that was obstructed (not occasionally as we had been told) by people standing along the sides. I did not know the second floor standing area existed until the show began.
The Michael Jackson fan we brought was overwhelmed by the volume of the sound and ended up asking to go home at the first song. Then his parents moved him to an area above and behind us where more people were standing. This cut the volume, allowed him to dance, but limited his viewing to blurry, small TV screens. We took him home at intermission. He was happy, so that's what mattered.
The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating. One person led my husband to a place somewhere in the building to buy earplugs for our grandchild. All went well after that, but the four adults have no intention of ever returning. Too hard to see the stage and the tv screen for our area was over my head requiring leaning way back to see a blurry picture. I can watch a better TV at home.
