rev:text	It's been a nightmare living here. Mostly due to the residents. Rules arent enforced, security is no where to be found. Trash piles up in the hallways regularly with trash vallet, no one follows the rules, and little to nothing is done about it. Hallways of garbage bags.. community trash bins are known to overflow for long periods of time and garbage can collect in the hallways. Don't live near the pool. No one follows the midnight rule, and security needs to be called anytime there's a problem. Not proactive. There is an interesting group of people here. I've seen them trash the rec room (the office added a curfew and had to shut it down for repairs. Two weeks ago one of these idiots jumped from their balcony, destroyed a grill, injured themselves and had to have an ambulance take him. Every weekend, you can hear people yelling until 3-4am. Doors weigh a lot and most are oblivious and let it slam, it'll shake your walls each time. The office actually sends emails reminding people not to be idiots, don't slam doors, don't ring doorbells and run, and other nonsense. That happens just about every weekend. This isn't your usual college crowd either. This is an entirely different demographic all together that's causing 90% of the problems. Unfortunately i think it means you'd have to move in to know what I'm taking about. I've lived many places before, and this is the first time I've had to speak with resident services, security, or management as often as I do here. They're nice people, but camden is simply collecting rent and not rolling much of it over to manage this group of rejects that live here.
