  • Went there for a friend's birthday party on Saturday, reservations were for 12 people @945. 1. Got there and was told that the table wasn't ready yet. That's fine didn't mind waiting a few minutes to be seated. Didn't get seated until about 1045 2. Waiter seemed overwhelmed and he was not very patient. If you can't handle a large group, don't take the table. We sat at the table for about 20 minutes before he even came to get our drink orders. It was faster to go to the bar. 3. Food didn't come until about 12 and by that time we had already been sitting for almost 1.5 hours. The only Saving grace was that the food was decent. A bit expensive but good. Summary, brassaii needs to decide if it's going to be a club or a restaurant, doing both is not working out for them. TOO many people in such a small space. And the staff is not as good because the servers Know that no matter how bad the service is, the gratuity is included in the bill for 8 or more people. So they don't care that you are sitting and waiting. over not a good experience and not worth the price.Way over rated and over hyped.
